I first ordered funeral flowers for my sister in November 2024 I had to place the order over the phone as I was in a different city and they were absolutely beautiful made with care, sadly my other sister passed away a couple of days ago so I went in person this time to the shop and the lady was very polite and helpful she's made another beautiful floral arrangement and at a reasonable price aswel, I would definitely recommend to everyone 5*

After being let down by another florist in 2023, I was told about Prima Flora and I would NEVER think about going anywhere else again. After having a lengthy discussion with this amazing artist, I knew I should expect perfection and somehow Florence was able to over-deliver. Everyone (including total strangers) complimented my wedding bouquet - family and friends still talk about it to this day.

Rang first thing in the morning and hoped that they would be able to do something for me the same day. Not only did they manage to turn a bouquet around same day, the flowers were gorgeous and the exact colour scheme that I requested. Would 100% use this florist again.

I called this shop to order two bouquets of flowers. I wanted delivery to helmshore the lady was abrupt said it was 8 miles away which it absolutely is not. I said ok she then went on to shout at me about the distance I had explained to her I was in hospital and she upset me so much shouting at me I had to put the phone down. This was an incredible response to wanting to give this lady good business. Astounded by her response is an understatement!!

Bought two red roses for my partner's funeral. Very well presented with added leaves and foliage. Listened to what had happened to him. Offered condolences, the shop has been going a lot of years have used them in the past and will do again.

I ordered some flowers for my friends birthday and I must say they are exceptional. I am over the moon with the service. Prima went above and beyond to fill my request. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It was the first time I used this florist. I asked the lady if she could make me a sheath of sunflowers for my dearest friends funeral. The lady was very helpful, sympathetic and when I saw the flowers at the funeral they were beautiful. Definitely worth the money. Thankyou to the lady at the flower shop. 👍😁

Called into this shop on Fri 24th Sept and knowing nothing about flowers myself I totally left everything to the lady in the shop, she was amazing, all I asked is for an arrangement for my friend's 65th birthday, I was definitely not disappointed when I went back the day after to collect, my friend loved them, they were amazing. My friend has sent me a picture today, 1 week after I collected them, and they are still just as beautiful as they were the day I collected them. All I can say is Thankyou so much and I will definitely recommend your flowers, customer service, professional service and everything about the shop. Thankyou again.

After my beloved mother passed away recently I ordered a funeral casket spray and to say it was absolutely stunning would be an understatement. It was beautiful exceeding all expectations. Ordered a delivery for my mother-in -law’s birthday, absolutely beautiful flowers arrived! It’s now 2 weeks later and they are still looking as lovely. Great service, I highly recommend.

Florence & John have been perfect! Due to COVID we had to postpone our wedding to October, where our original florist wasn't available. I contacted Prima Flora and quickly had a response and a yes! After my first phone call with Florence, I told her I wanted bright colours to go with my dress (navy) and funky flowers & foliage. Otherwise, go crazy! Giving her full creative licence to design my bride bouquet was the best decision ever! Photo of the flowers, absolutely stunning and looked amazing with my dress. I requested a smaller version of it for my maid of honour, 2 buttons holes for the groom and best man, and 13 smaller button holes for the guests (as we had so few due to restrictions). With no hesitation, I was given a price (excellent) and it was one of the best conversations ever as we both got rather giddy and excited. She's an absolute gem, totally had me at ease the entire time and gave me something else to look forward to on the day. Perfect, 1 million % recommend 🙂

Absolutely amazing service and beautiful flowers delivered to my partners works on time and with a personal touch to it. The lady i spoke to rang me when we ran into issues on my side and was extremely helpful and attentive. Will 100% be using these again.

This woman is amazing. My mother in law got let down on the morning of her wedding with her flowers. So me and my husband went to this shop and asked if she was able to do 5 bouquets of flowers in literally half an hour and she managed to do it! Most florists would have said no. We are so thankful for her and she did an amazing job the flowers were beautiful!

I use this florist from Canada for my family in Rishton. The service is 150% they went out their way to accommodate my two different orders, in rush circumstances (new grand child) and in difficult weather. So friendly and the final product is just so wonderful. Especially when you are putting your trust that they envision what you are requesting. Would never use any other florist.
